UCAT Sprint Coach — Privacy Policy

UCAT Sprint Coach is published by Random Mini Apps. This policy explains how the app handles information. The app is designed for students preparing for the UCAT and is built with privacy by default.

Summary

• No account is required to practise.
• Practice data is stored on your device.
• We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising trackers.
• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Information stored on your device

The app may store the following locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac:

• Practice answers and session history
• Progress metrics, flagged questions, and review notebook entries
• App settings such as target test date and accessibility preferences
• Onboarding choices and disclaimer acceptance status

This information is used only to provide practice, analytics, and study recommendations inside the app. Random Mini Apps does not operate a cloud account for this app and does not receive this data automatically.

Information we do not collect

We do not require your name, email address, school, date of birth, or university choices to use the app.

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or cross-app tracking in UCAT Sprint Coach.

Purchases

If you buy premium access, payment and billing are handled by Apple. We receive only the purchase status needed to unlock premium features on your device through Apple’s StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details.

Children and students

Many UCAT candidates are aged 16–18. The app is designed to minimise data collection and to keep sensitive practice information on the user’s own device. Parents, guardians, and students can delete local practice history at any time from Settings → Data → Delete all progress.

Data deletion

You can delete practice history stored on your device from Settings → Data → Delete all progress inside the app. Deleting the app from your device also removes locally stored app data.

Internet access

Core practice content works offline after installation. The app may open web links you choose, such as the developer website, privacy policy, or Apple’s standard terms of use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if app features or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when that happens.
